How to win your ex back – 4 Do Nots

If you’ve just split up, now is a risky period for the future of your relationship. Your deeds in the coming days and weeks will have a large impact on if you make up or not. Do not allow doing silly things mean you cannot win your ex back. These three things are to be avoided.

1. Don’t phone your ex. This might seem crazy, but it’ll just push them away even more. Constant bombardment with telephone calls is a big no-no in the making-up game. A load of calls everyday will make them feel frightend, miserable and weary. This is not something you want to do. You should give your ex time alone to reflect on your time together. They’ll be recalling the good times and bad times at this stage, but harassing phone calls will just have them focus on the bad and reinforce the decision. This isn’t how to get your ex back.

2. Don’t be needy. Nothing damages you more than hanging onto your ex stating you need them. You could not make it much worse. If you begin to look like a type of childish person who can’t stay on their own two feet with a little dignity it will only mean you look crazy. You have to appear happy with the decision and even aloof. You need a perfect start and here it is. Your ex must have space and time to examine their own feelings so they won’t have room to help with yours too.

3. Don’t plead with them to come back. This would be a disaster just following a split. However real your feelings may be, really do all you can to avoid this as it’ll just have a bad impact and you’ll not win your ex back like this. When you act like this it appears that you have lost the plot and so may be a continuing issue in the future and this isn’t much to look forward to.

So don’t call your ex and attempty to switch off the taps on your emotions just after a break-up. It is this time that you have to be preparing to win your ex back. Use this time more positively and you will succeed in the battle and restart your relationship. This is how win back your ex.
